The Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q is a 5-plex HRM real-time PCR system with outstanding performance and a wide optical range, supporting up to 5 channels from UV to infrared wavelengths. This low-maintenance RT-PCR system features a unique rotary design that provides centrifugal force for precise and versatile real-time thermal cycling. With uniform optical detection, this rotary action spins each tube at the same temperature for highly sensitive, rapid results without the sample-to-sample variation you get from block-based instruments. Tube-to-tube variation of this rotary qPCR is ±0.02°C, and is capable of fast ramping, with ignorable equilibration times for short run-times. The Rotor-Gene Q Qiagen Real Time PCR 5Plex HRM System is configured with a high-resolution melting analysis, for more information and a wider range of applications. This method uses a specially tuned, high-intensity optical channel with a thermal resolution of 0.02°C.
