TV's - The above listed item is a high street retail / internet return, undelivered / unwanted customer return, or end of line product.

All of our refurbished products are fully inspected and quality tested before despatch. Most items are despatched in the original box - occasionally for improved protection a new plain box and packaging will be used when despatched. Occasionally a replacement remote control may be supplied instead of the original.

We ensure that all LED / OLED TV's sold contain no marks or scratches on the screen (unless specifically mentioned within item description).
Some LED, OLED?s may have minor cosmetic scratches on the casing, but they do not inhibit the functionality of the unit.

TV PARTS - all parts listed have been checked & tested / removed from a working TV and are fully working, please ensure you check the specific part number references carefully and purchase the correct part.

All TV's listed have a 12 month back-to-base warranty for repair or replacement, unless stated differently in the listing or in the Item Condition tab.

Genuinely faulty or damaged goods on delivery, within the first 28 days will be collected and replaced, or your payment refunded.

In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us via "message the seller" immediately.
If you do have to return a faulty item, it must be sent back in its original packing together with all the accessories i.e., cables, remotes, manuals etc.

Items should be returned to us by insured post or courier. We can arrange courier collections if within 60 days of purchase.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper use or screen burn on OLED, or LED screens.

TV parts are supplied with a 90 day warranty period.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure its safe delivery to you. Our postage fee's (when applicable) cover our courier charge, costs of materials and labour to pack your item. Once cleared payment received your order will be processed. We will endeavour to despatch most items on the same day - if payment received before 2pm.

TV Deliveries to N.Ireland (BT), IOW, IOM (IM) and Scottish Postcodes - AB, IV, KA, PA, PH, KW, HS, ZE are subject to higher delivery charges please contact us via ebay message should have wish for us to give a quotation for delivery cost.

Your courier & tracking number will be updated within your ebay purchase record once despatched and you should receive an email or text message notification once your item has been despatched.

We pride ourselves on our speedy despatch service using APC Overnight, DHL Deutsche Post and the Royal Mail. Sorry we can't guarantee delivery times and can't provide compensation for late deliveries beyond our control.

Larger items are despatch by Palletline, we will advise delivery timeslot on the morning of delivery.
