This pencil drawing is in good condition.  It shows 2 cats playing in cattails.  The appear to be tiger cats to me?  I found the artist using google lens.  It looks like Bill Neat's work.  I can't say 100% that it is by him?  His signature is in pencil at the bottom.  I am NOT an art expert.  I found this when cleaning out my parent's house.  There is no COA.  It does not look like a print to me.  But, I do not know.  If you have any additional things you want me to take a picture of or look at, please let me know and I will update the listing.
