This is a new and never-been-used telescoping antenna for a base station scanner. I got this in a box of used scanner equipment that was mostly Uniden equipment but I don't know which base station it may have been original to. It measures 7 inches but has 8 sections and fully extended, it measures 37 inches.It has a plastic mounting stud that would fit into the top or back of a desktop scanner and a swivel to adjust position.
