The shade is approximately 10 inches in diameter where it would install on a light fixture. It is approximately 11 1/4 inches at its widest point and approximately 6 1/2 to 7 inches tall.

I don't see any chips or cracks on the shade, but there are some scuffs and scratches and also what appears to be paint over spray.
