Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the item and the distance to move it from where I am, to where you are. I use the best (cheapest X quickest) service available to me, based on today’s United States Postal Service rates, as calculated by eBay. No local pickups.

Promotions: As with all retail businesses, only one type of deal at a time (discount / coupon / lower price offer) applies to a sale.

14 Day Returns: For full purchase price back, request a return from eBay, then send the item back within a few days of getting it, in exact same condition as you received it.

The description and pictures include all the details available to me. For example, if a dress has pockets, the listing description will say so. Titles may include subjective, interpretive, and aesthetic keyword descriptors, so read the details carefully before making a buying decision.

Sizing: Since clothing sizes aren’t consistent through the fashion industry, I compare items without size tags to average, current industry standards, AND include flat lay measurements in all clothes listings. Double that number to get the approximate circumference around, and compare to clothes you already own that fit well. Full body lady-mannikin's measurements are 36" bust, 29.5" under bust, 26" waist, 38.5" hip.

Items are stored in a non-smoking home. Items may include markings made by Sharpie felt pens. Because they might leak dye on the surrounding fabric, I don’t remove them. Some people have had success using alcohol-based hand sanitizer to blot them off.
