We are not operating a store where we purchase items just for online sales. As such, alternate sizes are not available, and exchanges are not an option.
All items are described to the best of our ability. We are human and occasionally we make mistakes.

The majority of the products we list utilize 7 or 10 day auctions. All auctions will run for the entire duration.
Please do not contact us asking if we'll end an auction early.

All payments must be made through PayPal or eBay.
Please do not call the dealership asking us to accept a credit card or another form of payment.

We ship most purchases via UPS ground (occasionally we'll use FedEx ground if UPS is not the best option).
Please ensure that you have an address that UPS/FedEx will deliver to. Neither shipper can deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We do not offer USPS shipping options. We've found them to be unreliable and it's almost impossible to file an insurance claim with the Post Office.
We only ship to confirmed addresses. Please make sure your eBay payment account is up to date.
Items are shipped Tuesday - Friday. Items paid for outside of these times will be shipped at the next available opportunity.
Since our shipping charges are typically below the market rate, we don't always offer a discount for combined shipping. If we do, you'll see that option when paying.
No expedited shipping options are available.

In most cases, auction items are not available for in-store pickup. Many of these items are kept offsite. If an auction doesn't mention that in-store pickup is available, then it's not.
For oversize items where shipping is not viable, occasionally we will offer a dealership pick-up option. If you win one of these auctions, please wait until we notify you that the item is ready for pick-up before you head to the dealership.
In cases where we offer an option to pick up your item in the dealership, please do so during our regular business hours.
Items listed for sale in our eBay store are not available for in-store purchase. Once we choose to list an item online, that is where we will sell it.

All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
We are unable to confirm fitment for specific vehicles.
A manufacturer part number will be provided for each listing. Prior to placing a bid, please conduct your research to ensure the item you are bidding on is compatible with your vehicle and meets your needs .
While all items are new (unless otherwise noted) we are unable to provide warranty repairs on these purchases.

International Orders

Auctions can only be shipped to the lower 48.
We do not offer international shipping, and are unable to send any items to Hawaii or Alaska.
