All Pokemon cards are brand new from booster packs / theme decks, once opened were instantly penny sleeved whilst wearing gloves, for all intents and purposes these cards are brand new and have not been ‘played’.

I have checked with other collectors whom say if graded would be PSA 8/9/10.
