Up for auction I have the vintage Anheuser Busch Budweiser wood and metal beer crate from the 70's. It features a lid with a checkerboard underneath. I believe these were to celebrate there 100th anniversary for 1876-1976. It is in good to very good used vintage condition.
The lid is not hinged at the back and missing the bottle cap checkers that came with it. The colors are amazing and it is overall very clean and you could give it a deeper cleaning on the inside. Lid has a white blemish on the front. There are a couple cracks in the lid. Maybe stress from the nails? I'm not sure. You can see this in photos. Metal is nice. Box is nice. Graphics are great!
Overall box is really nice in my opinion. It's very heavy and weighs close to 11lbs. Please see photos for the best description!
