I always obtain proof of posting for all parcels dispatched, which are automatically insured to the value of £25 by Royal Mail or EvRi  Courier. Once the item has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Royal Mail or EvRi  Courier and I cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Proof of postage will be forwarded if required to claim from the post office or Hermes Courier for lost or damaged items.

If your item is sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery once it is posted it is the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your item as it is out of my hands
