FIRST CLASS EUROPEAN OAK MEANS SPECIALLY SELECTED, SEASONED WOOD WITH PERFECT MOISTURE LEVEL BETWEEN 7% AND 9%, NO DEAD KNOTS, FILLERS OR ANY OTHER BAD POINTS ON VISIBLE SURFACES.
