UNC: Uncirculated – These coins have not reached “commerce circulation” and are taken directly from Ram (Royal Australian Mint) rolls and bags. Uncirculated coins are made using the same method as circulating coins but are struck multiple times with greater force, resulting in a cleaner coin.

These days security rolls (Armaguard/Prosegur) &/or security bags are also classified as UNC by the general public. *Please note that due to the high-speed production techniques, even uncirculated coins may show slight imperfections such as minor bag marks or tiny rim indentations*.

aUNC: Almost uncirculated – These coins have been found in circulation; however, they look brand new.

CIRC: Circulated – These coins vary in quality, I review every coin to ensure that the coin you receive is lightly circulated and not junk, some coins may have lost some lustre. These coins have been in the hands of the general public and used as change for some time of their life.

PACKAGING:

To ensure safe arrival, every effort is made to package the coins in a safe & secured manner to avoid damage and loss during transit. All coins are handled with cotton gloves. Orders with 3 or less coins are packaged with either heavy duty zip lock bags or 2x2 coin holders.

For packaging of the coins, I use either mailer cards, padded bags, small to large mailing cardboard boxes.

For a smooth transaction, please ensure that all delivery addresses are correct and up to date.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING SERVICES:

Within Australia: I use Australia Post for delivery of items. Our team is working hard and diligently to have your coins shipped out as soon as possible, generally within 1 business day of purchase. All orders under the value of $35 are sent with free untracked postage. All orders above the value of $35 are sent with free tracked postage. Happy to combine your orders where possible and a postage price is listed.

I do provide an express post service option and this will be listed, which you’ll need to select from your shopping cart, when you are ready to pay for your item/s.

If you have yet to receive your coins after 10 business days from the “sent date”, please contact me directly.

Outside Australia: All international orders will be mailed with a tracking number, using a padded bag inside a plastic sachet or a cardboard mailing box.

IMAGES:

A random selection of coins had been taken for the images. For UNC coins, it will more or less be the same. For Circ coins, the condition will vary.

The real colour /shine of a coin may be the same or slightly different from the pictures shown on eBay caused by factors such as adjustments within your brightness and resolution of your digital devices like mobile phones or iPad.

RETURNS

Please communicate or message us prior to commencing a return (I believe all issues can be resolved promptly. We have a 30 day return policy.

If you are unhappy with your coin(s) in anyway, please provide an image of both sides (Heads and tails) to assist in understanding the issue and to ensure the process can be efficiently understood and managed to a successful resolution.
