Is this genuine Clogau?
Yes. We are Clogau, based at our head office in North Wales, and the only official Clogau seller on eBay. Look for the blue tick, “Direct from Clogau” and “Certified by Brand” on our shop and listings. You receive exactly the item you would get buying directly from Clogau.

When will my item be posted?
Paid by 4pm Monday to Friday, it goes out the same day (apart from very busy periods and Bank Holidays). Otherwise, it goes the next working day. eBay will send you a tracking number when it is dispatched.

When will my item arrive?
Next-day services arrive the next working day if you pay by 4pm. Royal Mail Tracked usually takes 1 to 5 working days. Royal Mail only treats a parcel as lost after 15 working days, so we have to wait until then before sending a replacement or refunding.

How do I track my parcel?
Your Royal Mail or DPD tracking number is in your eBay purchase history and your order confirmation email. Enter it on the Royal Mail or DPD website.

Can I collect my item in person?
No. We work from secure premises and can’t allow collections. Every order is sent by tracked or special delivery.

Does it come with a certificate of authenticity?
No. The official Clogau hallmarks and stamps on the piece are the proof of authenticity.

Do pendants and lockets come with a chain?
Yes, unless the listing says otherwise.

I ordered the wrong ring size. What do I do?

We can’t keep a list of requests, but if you save us as a seller, eBay will email you when we list new items. We add new pieces most days.
