Sylvanian / Calico Critters spares and accessories from the Grand and Regency Hotel sets. We also have fine dining, buffet and butler accessories, which are ideal for hotels. 

You may not receive the exact item in the photo but design will be the same. All items are in good used condition with only small signs of wear, as expected with items of this age. Check below for any condition notes, and note the flower window boxes were released in in two colour versions. Choose from:

• Flower Window Box 1 - planter is a orange tone
• Flower Window Box 2 - planter is a darker red orange tone 
• Cream Railing 1 - 16cm, have darkened from original colour
• Cream Railing 2 - 18cm, have darkened from original colour
• Short Railing 1 - 7.5cm, good white condition
• Short Railing 2 - 7.5cm, a little discolouration
• Butler Accessories - complete except for tiny brown bowl
• Butler Uniform - good clean condition
• Dinner for 2 Set - a few items are missing, we have added in a bottle of wine
• Dinner Food Only - food items only, plates may have discoloured a little
• Buffet Bundle 1 - buffet style accessories, including food platters - mostly from the Beach Party set.

UK ORDERS

We offer combined postage - there is no additional charge for extra items, you will only need to pay the postage for the item with the highest postage cost.  Please add all items to your basket then checkout. If you have items with different parcel sizes in your basket, the postage cost won't automatically combine. For example baby figures/small parts are large letter and figures/furniture are small parcel - in this case we would refund the large letter postage charge or you can Request Combined Postage in basket

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Combined Postage: Please add all items to your basket then checkout. There is a £1.00 charge per additional item, this is to allow for the overall parcel value and weight increase but this is not always required. Any overpaid postage will be refunded. If you would like an accurate combined postage cost before purchasing, you can select Request Combined Postage in basket or message us with a screenshot of your basket.

Please allow plenty of time before opening an 'item not received' case and get in touch if you have any queries. There can be delays at customs, especially in December.

USA IMPORT TAXES - The USA postage cost reflects the payment of Taxes & Duties and the Royal Mail handling fee. We will cover any additional amount if required. We use the DDP service and you will not be required to pay any additional amount to customs to receive your order.

Other International buyers are be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply (they often don't apply to low value items however).
