This is a new rear axle universal joint with clips and spacers for a 1985 Honda FL350R Odyssey. Why buy a complete axle assembly if the problem is just a worn U/Joint? If your axle yokes are in good condition and not deformed, damaged, or previously modified, these will cure your problem. This is a solid heavy duty GMB brand automotive joint the same dimensions as the originals and will replace the worn joint perfectly. There are other U/Joint's out there that have the same dimensions and are greasable through a zerk fitting on one of the caps. Although this may seem like a good feature, I can assure you it is not. If it's greasable, it's cross drilled and hollow. If it's hollow, it's weaker than a solid joint.
