On the photo of the mask you will see a S/M on the frame of the mask. That is not a size, that just means that the frame will accept a small or a medium mask. The nose piece is indeed a Medium as you can see just below the s/m. It is a medium not a s/m. I hope this helps those people that do not know this. Any questions please contact me before you order as I can not afford to refund your money because of that. If it is opened I can not accept it even if I wanted to.
