Shearling lined. Since these have the soft, shearling footbed they may be shaped to the previous owners feet and new insoles may be needed for comfort. 

They are in good used condition but do have some wear near the zippers on both boots from the zipper from the other boot damaging the leather on the opposite boot. Still lots of life left.
