Seeley Composition Body is 14 inches tall. 

Bisque socket head has no chips, cracks or hairlines; it is signed in green marker "N H '91" on the rim of the head. 

The homemade clothing includes faux button front ( hidden snaps) lace-trimmed shirt, and blue short trousers with attached braid shoulder straps. Pants are shown with closure in the back - if worn with closure in the front, the straps would cross in back.

Black knit socks and faux-leather (plastic) black boots complete his costume. One "pearl" button is missing on the left boot.
