Returns will be accepted on unchalked, unused, items only. If you are returning an item that is not as described or defective, we will assume all the costs of making sure you get the correct item. If it is our fault, we pay all shipping costs involved. Returns must be package as they were received. If cues are chalked, we will not accept your return.
