The NEW Brinsea Maxi 24 Zoologica is specifically designed to provide optimum conditions for hatching parrot and other exotic species.

Based on the popular Maxi 24 EX, Brinsea worked closely with parrot breeding experts to improve key features of the Zoologica model to suit exotic birds' eggs. Many of these eggs are tiny and fragile so Brinsea introduced a new egg quadrant accommodating 68 of the smallest size eggs in the incubator. The egg turning is slowed and incorporates soft-start, to provide the gentlest turning. The control software has also been updated to improve the user experience.  The highly accurate control of humidity and temperature along with reliability and great visibility make the Maxi 24 Zoologica the perfect parrot /exotic egg incubator. 

This incubator features all of Brinsea’ s technology, new and old, and gives you the best chance of hatching your eggs.

Uniquely, the Maxi 24 Zoologica has a reduced turning speed and soft start so that delicate eggs are turned gently but reliably. The software interface has also been updated to be more user-friendly.

The convenience of an integral water pump and fully automatic humidity control,  takes the guesswork out of incubation. 

Brinsea's patented alarms warn of incubation and room temperature fluctuations and the Maxi 24 Zoologica also has a power failure indicator. Brinsea incorporate Biomaster Antimicrobial Protection into our incubator cabinets during manufacture. Biomaster product protection is embedded within the plastic itself which inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria helping to provide the optimum environment for hatching.

The Maxi 24 Zoologica is the perfect incubator for the serious exotic/specialist bird breeder.

This model can also be powered from a 12v car cigarette lighter type socket with a suitable adaptor. 

PLEASE NOTE: Low room temperature alarm may be triggered at approximately 17°C and below to provide early warning of compromised performance. Please ensure your incubation room is at a minimum temperature of 18c and above.
