The E900 HARDWARE Spring Containment W-Hook (2-Pack) connects Holmes-style springs to the lower jamb anchor chain or U bolt and the kicker of the door hardware. The W-Hook is used for installations with 2 one-piece garage door springs on each side of the door. A total of 4 W-Hooks are required (top and bottom on both sides of door) for a 4 spring installation. C-hooks should be used for installations with one spring on each side of the door.
