Mainland UK (England, Wales & Southern Scotland) - Standard products (ladders & Steps) marked In Stock & Next Day delivery are delivered free of charge by either Tuffnells or Yodel.
Cut Off Times for Next Day Delivery - Where Applicable
- Weekday Orders - Orders placed Monday to Friday by 3:00PM (Or telephone your order by 5PM) ship the same day
- Weekend orders - Processed Monday for delivery Tuesday (Except Bank Holidays - deliveries go out the next available working day)
Delivery Times
All deliveries arrive anywhere between 8AM and 6PM Monday to Friday as standard.
Sign For Your Delivery
You must be present to sign for your delivery. Please check the contents of your delivery for damage before you sign for it. If you miss your delivery, a card will be left from the courier informing you of the attempted delivery along with details of how to contact them and details for the re-delivery check delivery tab.
Delivery Notes:
Every effort is made by our carriers and us to deliver your order within the specified time; however, the very nature of the product dictates that we cannot always guarantee the delivery date.
In the unlikely event we cannot deliver your order within the specified time, we will try to contact you in order to advise you of the situation and take instructions as to how you would prefer us to proceed.
