Pro-Tec Ace Skate SXP Skateboard/Bicycle Helmet Size L-XL (see sizing below). Ideal for Military/Tactical/Navy SEALs Bump Helmet Project. It has a tacky/sticky finish on the shell, I'm not sure why, whether the previous owner put spray adhesive on it or something, I'm not sure, no odor though and you might be able to just paint right over it if you intend to paint it. 

SIZING NOTE: Helmet appears to fit more like an XL (60+) with the current pads, if you got some thicker pads it could fit a smaller size.

Pre-owned in good condition, tacky/sticky finish, some minor scuffing/scratching/wear on shell. No odor observed.
