If you purchased a used ZD620 with proprietary software from a previous user, and you are having difficulties making it functional for your needs, we can help you!  We can wipe your printer from proprietary software. 

How it works:

1) You decide on the number of printers you need restored to factory defaults.

2) You pay the amount calculated by eBay based on the quantity multiplied by $49.95. 

3) You mail your units to us and include a return shipping label with the package.  This will allow us to send the units back after resetting them to factory defaults. We will provide the address to mail your units to us after processing payment.

***Important, when you mail your units to us for servicing, do not use United States Postal Service. They are notorious for lost packages. Use UPS or FedEx***

FAQ's

1) What does it mean to reset to factory default settings?

Your unit will be wiped from any previous user's proprietary software.  It will be set to Zebra's factory default settings.  Most likely you will need this service if you have a printer from a retailer that is loaded with custom retailer software and firmware.  We wipe all the custom firmware out of the printer so that you can use the printer. 

2) Do you guarantee success in resetting my unit to factory default settings?

Yes. We will give you your money back too if we fail- which is highly unlikely. 

3) How long does it take?

Depending on the volume of units sent, completion can span anywhere from 1-3 business days.
