Trijicon Bright & Tough Night Sight Set Colt 1911 .125 Tenon Green/Green
The Trijicon Bright & Tough Night Sight Set for the Colt 1911 (.125 tenon) is a front-and-rear tritium sight set machined to the 1911 platform's tenon spec for a direct press-fit installation. Self-luminous tritium gas vials provide continuous illumination in complete darkness with no batteries or external activation required. The three-dot green/green configuration keeps all three reference points in a single focal plane for fast alignment across all lighting conditions.
Key Features
- Self-Luminous Tritium Illumination — Tritium gas vials glow continuously without batteries or activation, keeping your sight picture visible in complete darkness without any extra steps under stress.
- Enhanced Daylight Dot Visibility — Sight geometry and dot sizing are optimized for contrast in bright ambient light, so the green tritium dots are distinctly visible in full daylight — not only in low-light conditions.
- Recoil-Resistant Construction — Housing is built to endure the repeated impulse of .45 ACP recoil cycles, maintaining zero and structural integrity through extensive range use.
- Solvent-Resistant Housing — Housing material resists exposure to common bore solvents and lubricants, keeping the tritium vials sealed and the exterior finish undamaged through routine maintenance.
- Precision .125 Tenon Spec — Machined to the exact .125 tenon dimension of the Colt 1911 front sight post, ensuring a correct press-fit installation without filing, shimming, or guesswork.
- Three-Dot Green/Green Configuration — Matching green front and rear dots let your eye naturally align all three references in a single focal plane, accelerating target acquisition in any lighting environment.
