RN 21673 is the RN for Gamble-Skogmo Inc which, from what I have read, went defunct in 1984.

The fabric is what I would describe as a light weight or thin terry cloth. It is a bit sheer in light so if you are concerned about this you may want to wear undergarments that you are comfortable with under it (maybe a slip). It’s up to you.
