UNTESTED, sold as is, for repair or display

I am unsure what this is or belongs to, title is just a guess but please see pictures and determine for yourself. this was obtained from an estate of someone who worked on pinball machines, arcade games and jukeboxes, so this could potentially belong to any of those.
