This was used with T-series (T-30) laptop. It may be compatible with others but I cannot guarantee that.

It accepts AC (100-240V) or DC (11.5-18V DC) inputs and the output is 16V DC, 0-4.55A.

The part number is 22P9003 and the FRU  22P9021.

Note that no input cables are included.
