The staple length is up to 10 inches and it is strong. 

Very nice and awesome locks. Very soft and lustrous. Mostly cream with brown fibers. Very nice. There is small vegetable matter in the locks. 

Our fleeces are only lightly skirted, so it is possible to find taggy edges, vegetable matter, a few burrs in the outer coat, etc
