WARRANTY & RETURNS

• If your item was damaged on arrival or was non-functional within the 7 days from the date of arrival, we will replace your item including all shipping costs.
• Faulty items will be replaced within 14 working days.
• Any item needed to be returned for warranty purposes after 7 days, the postage cost is at purchaser’s expense in both ways (sending and receiving).
• We will not replace any item unless faulty or damaged item's has been received.
• Proof of purchase must accompany all Warranty service requests.
• 12-month Warranty back to Sydney warranty
