Sidepod from Racing Point Formula 1 team. I'm not entirely sure of it's race history, but this livery (indicated by the #SpGridThatGives slogan) was only used at the 2019 British GP. There are some dings on the exterior of the side pod. I've tried to photograph them as best possible. Please see photographs for further detail.
