these are vintage, i believe they are from the 80s/90s, they are used, some scratches, marks and small chips from use, discoloring, please see pictures

i do not know the exact color, please see the photos and determine for yourself

the corners have wear/damage

these were found in a collection of 80s D&D so i am fairly certain they are vintage, i am unsure on origin or brand.
