We ship via USPS Media Mail with delivery confirmation included.

Media Mail usually takes between 5-7 days to arrive at its destination after a label is printed. However, sometimes it takes longer, and that's out of our hands. Refunds for lost packages will be CONSIDERED after 60 days from mailing dates.

$20 for a single 45, $4 for each additional

$25 for a single LP/12", $4 for each additional

We do not mark international packages as "gifts," and we denote the total amount of your order on the customs form. We also include the invoice on the outside of your package. No exceptions.

All orders over $400 are now subject to a higher rate and will be weighed and we will quote the actual cost to ship when you make the order.

If you would like UPS or USPS shipping, additional insurance on a package under $150, or signature upon delivery, please message us and we will invoice you accordingly.

Please note: Unfortunately, some international packages have taken up to 3 months to reach their destination. We will not offer refunds on packages that have not arrived until 90 days from shipping date.

Orders with a value of $150 over will be purchased with additional insurance. IN ORDER TO MAKE A CLAIM ON LOST INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES, WE NEED NOTICE WITHIN 90 DAYS THAT YOUR ORDER IS MISSING. After 120 days, we can not make a claim, and can not be held responsible for lost packages.

In the rare case of a refund, we will not be held responsible for covering initial or additional postage costs.

VAT info:  We include the invoice on the OUTSIDE of the package to avoid additional fees upon arrival. We are not responsible for taxes you may incur upon receipt of your package.

***GRADING AND RETURNS***

GRADING
Grading records and describing them is a difficult thing we take very seriously. We strive to grade conservatively -- a typical NM on here will be a VG+ in our book. If there are any defects or blemishes present on the item, we take great care to note them in the listing.

Items rated less than VG are exactly that - not clean! Do not expect a return if a record you purchased in Poor, Fair, G, G+ condition is a poor playing copy! Generally records we post that are less than VG/VG+ criteria are especially rare items at deeply discounted prices.

Typically, we follow these grading criteria:
M = SEALED with no corner bends, etc.
NM = Super clean or SEALED with possible small non intrusive defects, (promo cut, light creasing, etc).
VG+ = An open and solid copy of a record. Generally speaking this is your average well taken care of used record. No loud marks, warps, skips. Any defect that may exist on the record would be small and superficial (paper scuffs, light shelfwear, minor creasing, a possible light pop, etc)
VG = A VG record typically is a decent play copy with a flaw at a small segment of record or part of cover, and/or or a noticeable amount of surface noise ETC.
G, F = A record typically in less than desirable shape. G , F records are only listed on special circumstances and all damage or wear is described in the description. Do not expect a clean copy if a record on our page is listed as less than VG

When we list sealed records, we assume the condition of the vinyl is Mint. We will open and inspect the record upon request from the buyer, but we do not accept returns on records that were shipped sealed.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on items graded lower than VG. No exceptions.

Returns are considered on a case by case basis. We must receive the record in the condition it was sent. Generally, returns do not include cost of shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send us a message and we will do our best to remedy the issue.

Any complaints/issues with an item must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
