- The returned wheels must be the exact same OEM wheels you are purchasing, including size, style, spoke pattern, and part number.
- Returned wheels must have an original OEM painted, polished, machined, or PVD chrome finish. Chrome-plated and chrome-clad wheels are not accepted.
- All returned wheels are inspected when they arrive at our facility.
- Minor cosmetic damage may be accepted without additional charges.
- Bent wheels or wheels with extensive damage may require additional charges or may be rejected.
- Unrepairable or scrap wheels will forfeit the full core deposit. At the customer's request, rejected wheels may be returned at the customer's expense.
