Included in the sale are the following:

2 x Netgear Powerline 500 Nano XAV5201 powerline adapters. They are wired/ethernet connected powerline adapters NOT Wi-Fi adapters i.e. an ethernet cable must be inserted into both powerline adapters for them to work.

2 x Black Cat5e ethernet cables (each cable is 2 metres long).

The Netgear adapters are in excellent condition and have been fully tested by us. They incorporate the latest 'Plug & Play' technology, so are designed to pair together automatically when they are plugged into wall sockets and ethernet cables have been connected - therefore they do not require any pairing or configuration. The powerline adapters are not supplied in their original box or packaging and a full user guide is not included (simple set up instructions will be included by us).

These powerline adapters will work with any Internet Service Provider (Virgin, Sky, BT, TalkTalk etc).

Netgear XAV5201's can be used with any internet-enabled device which could benefit from a wired ethernet connection such as:

Using the items:

Turn any power socket into an ethernet port and use a wired powerline network to help eliminate the problem of Wi-Fi black spots or patchy Wi-Fi coverage in your home to make drop outs and buffering a thing of the past. Simply plug one adapter into a wall socket (not extension lead) and connect it to your router using an ethernet cable. Then plug the other adapter into a wall socket in another room and connect it to the chosen device (Smart TV, TV box, games console, laptop, CCTV etc) using the other ethernet cable to extend broadband signal via the mains wiring in your home with minimum fuss and effort.
