Description

For proper development, apart from the sugar source, wine yeast also needs nitrogen and phosphorus compounds, in which the fruit of our climate is poor, and vitamins, mainly from group B. Thanks to the use of a nutrient solution with vitamin B1, we obtain an appropriate multiplication of yeast, quick start of fermentation, and full attenuation.  the sugar contained in the fruit and added during wine production.  Vitamin B1 stimulates yeast growth and is a powerful fermentation activator.  The compounds contained in the nutrients are used entirely by yeast during their multiplication, so they will not affect the taste and aroma of wine and human health.
