Page edges, covers and corners have moderate to heavy shelf wear, scuffing, bumped corners, chipping at edges and aging. Back cover shows significant staining from past moisture damage. No DJ. Former owner's book plate inside front. Stamp of Reuben Otis Shively's Dry Goods Store (San Jose, CA) also inside front. Inside book there is an undated, handwritten note written from the "Palace Hotel" (probably in San Francisco, CA). File in oversize.
