Measurements are approximately: Right tie: 14", Left tie: 15", Banner without ties: 145". This is made out of Vintage Handkerchiefs. The handkerchiefs might have some minor flaws to them; small holes, pull, light staining. Overall this is considered to be in good condition. Please as always look at all pictures.
