HGM1790N genset controller is suit for single unit automation and monitoring control (also can be used for pumping unit). It can be started and stopped manually or via a remote start/stop signals. HGM1790N controller can supervise and protect genset operation by gathering and analyzing genset data like generate voltage, current, water temperature, oil pressure and so on, and graphical LCD monitor on the front panel displays fault conditions and provides effective alarm signals so as to do maintenance as soon as possible. Moreover, parameter threshold and delay value can be adjusted via front panel or USB port (communicated with PC software).

The controller has 3 working modes: manual, automatic, and stop;
Multiple temperature, pressure and oil level sensors can be used directly and can customize parameters; temperature and pressure sensors can be separately and temperature, the pressure alarm is used in parallel to increase the primary protection while providing the analog quantity;
Multiple starting success conditions (speed, oil pressure, power generation frequency) can be selected;
1 programmable input port, which can be set as digital input or liquid level sensor;
2 relay fixed output ports (fuel output, start output);
3 programmable relay output ports, which can set public alarm output, preheat output or idle speed control output;
Parameter setting function: Allow users to change settings of their parameters, not lost when the system is powered off, most parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, and all parameters are adjusted by the PC through the USB interface (Type-B type);
All parameters are digitally adjusted to improve the reliability and stability of the whole machine;
