This is the 2023 ALF "Cosmic Con" action figure sold exclusively by NECA at the 2023 San Diego Comic-Con. ALF is dressed up with a swag bag to go to Comic-Con. It's mint in store box and has never been opened. ALF stands for Alien Life Form. His real name is Gordon Shumway. It was a huge TV show in the late '80s.
