This is an antique 19th Century 10k gold & gold filled carved cameo brooch or pin. It measures 1 inch long by 3/4 of an inch at the widest point. The piece tests as 10K gold, but it may be a combination of 10K gold and gold filled. This is a beautifully carved cameo. Thanks for looking!
