This is missing the micrometers. I am very unfamiliar with this tool. This is being sold for parts as is. Looking through the lens it does look good. Tried the 2x and 5x and can see through both. This was used for a toy maker who painted models, so I’m not sure what functions may or may not be working. It appears the green light on the bottom and the two lights up top do work. I can unscrew and screw on new lenses, although I don’t know what the two cylinders are for.

There’s no crosshairs in any of the lenses.
