Good Pre-owned condition, Please READ

Two flaws:  One is a small hole that needs to be mended with a few stitches,  the other is a small discoloration, both shown in last two photos, both on same side near edge, very hard to notice. Please keep in mind it is reversible and unnoticeable from other side. Otherwise very clean and very good condition. From a non-smoking home.
