Environment
My home is smoke free and pet free.  I sell items from my closet, as well as items purchased from thrift stores and retails store.  For thrift store items, I cannot provide details on the environment prior to purchasing the item, but I will disclose any defects, i.e. odors, stains, tears, etc. ALL PREOWNED CLOTHING IS LISTED UNDER "GOOD" CONDITION.  EXCELLENT, GOOD AND FAIR ARE SUBJECTIVE.  
Photographs
My mannequin is a size 4/6 (she measures 32”- 23”- 32”), so some items do not represent exact fit in the photographs.  Please message me if you would like additional photos or measurements.  Colors may appear different on different monitors.  I try to be descriptive enough to give you an idea of the color.  Refunds will not be given for color discrepancies, as color can be subjective to some, unless color is grossly misstated.
Measurements
I am not a seamstress and try my best with all measurements.  Please consider ALL measurements as an “approximate” statement.  If you are concerned, please let me know and I will send you a photograph of how the measurement was obtained.  Refunds will not be given for incorrect measurements unless they are grossly misstated.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS first class or Ground Advantage mail, with tracking.  USPS does, occasionally, lose packages. I will not be held liable for mishaps of the USPS. Unless stated, all items will be properly secured and shipped in poly bags or USPS flat rate mailers/boxes. Most items will wrinkle in transit. I ship Monday – Friday. I offer two day processing, unless noted otherwise. I rarely ship on Sunday.
Returns
Returns must be handled through the Ebay portal.  Buyer will pay for return shipping. When item is received in the same condition (i.e. tags should still be attached if new) that it was sent it, a refund for the purchase price only will be given in the same manner that it was received.  To ensure that your return is received, tracking is preferred.  NOTE:  ITEMS PURCHASED WITH FREE SHIPPING WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY THE DIFFERENCE OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE BUYER MINUS SHIPPING COST PAID BY SELLER.
