It has been on the shelf for years. It is dirty so it will definitely need a rebuild. The throttle butterflies move, 2 pistons are free, 2 pistons are stuck. I have not tried to free them. One carb is cracked and not usable and has a missing bowl and float. What you see is what you will receive, no more, no less.. You are buying this carb untested, as is, no returns.
