Some kind of metal plate or brackets were taped to the top when I bought this, so I'm leaving them there for you.  Someone folded the back mounting brackets in for easier storage and transport after removal, which resulted in the back ends being bent a bit. See pics.  I have since removed the bent brackets.  They are not included. The back edges could probably be straightened with some big pliers, but I didn't try.  

If you want only the cards, I will pull them out and pack and ship them for same purchase price, but S&H will be a flat $20 rather than the stated amount.  Contact me prior to purchase and I'll change the listing for you. 

It will probably arrive sooner than the stated time, but I've added a few days to my handling time to find the proper box and packing material to ensure it arrives safely.  Pictures are of actual unit you will receive.
