It is on an 18 inch adjustable to 16" fine link 18K White Gold Cable chain. The back of the pendant has the signature simulated Ruby and RC 18K. The tag near lobster closure has 18KT and a Diamond symbol. It comes in a Saks gift box with a pouch. Made in Italy.
