Antique Boning Utility Knife with Carbon Steel Blade, Bolster, & Wood Handle Made by Harrington Cutlery Company
In 1818, Henry Harrington founded Harrington Cutlery Company ( Dexter Russell’s predecessor ) in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Its brands include Harrington, dexter, connoisseur.
This knife has the blade forged from the carbon steel designed to take a finer edge and hold it longer providing sharp cutting satisfaction. The handle is secured with pins and single bolster to sure fitting to make it both easy and comfortable to use.
Trademark logo is almost completely gone. It is Harrington Cutlery Company.

Maintenance Suggestion: Hand wash only in warm water after using, especially if used on foods that have acidic sauce/liquid. After washing it, wipe the blade and handle completely dry. Use of electric knife sharpener or dishwasher not recommended.
