Vintage 1982 Unique Pete Rose Philadelphia Phillies Black & White Wooden Plaque

Wood itself is in good condition.  The portrait has damage on the bottom (near his arm) and some discoloration on the top of his arm.  This piece is signed by the artist but can't confirm name.  Perfect to display on the wall!  Wood measures almost 11" wide by 8" high.
