• Our business hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 9am to 3pm Saturday, excluding public holidays.

General

• We deliver shipping Australia-wide.
• Please ensure you provide a physical address (no PO BOX) and a contact phone number for shipping.
• We only ship to the address provided on eBay. If you need delivery to a different address, please update your eBay details before checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Large Items

• Large or bulky items (e.g., engines, doors, seats) may be shipped on a pallet and must be delivered to a commercial address with unloading facilities such as a forklift.
• We do not deliver large items to residential addresses.

Local Pickup

• All listings are eligible for free local pickup. However, items must be paid for through eBay before collection.
• We require time to prepare your order (cleaning, picking, etc.), so please message us to confirm a pickup.
• When you arrive, you'll need to present the QR code eBay provides for the order.

• 30-day warranty on all items.
• Warranty only covers the cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable
• If a part arrives damaged, or is defective, it is our responsibility to take care of it but it must be reported to us immediately.
• Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or does not match the description here.
• Please contact us first if there are any issues with the item, do not just send back and expect it will be refunded.
• Shipping / Postage cost is not refundable, returned goods for change or mind/incorrect order are to be returned at buyers own cost.
